At Paula Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Return Process

Place the unworn shoes back in their original Paula Shoes box, ensuring all protective packaging and tags are intact.
- 3.Shipping the Package
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service or drop it off at one of our physical boutique locations.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit according to your preference.
